Default Thanks for the GREAT Calligrapher Macros!

I'd like to extend a very special thanks to both robshobs and PatrickD! A couple of weeks ago, we started a thread for sharing the various Calligrapher macros that you readers have come up with. It was a GREAT discussion, and I think that anybody who uses Calligrapher or is even thinking of using Calligrapher should read it. robshobs and PatrickD contributed TONS of macros that covered everything from initiating new e-mail message to changing network settings.

As promised, as a thanks for helping us all out with great macro ideas, we're going to send robshobs and PatrickD one of our spiffy, not-available-in-stores, official Pocket PC Thoughts MicroLight.

Thanks again to these two readers and to everyone who contributed to the discussion!

I'd like to extend my thanks for all the contributions as well. It makes Calligrapher a whole new program.

Quick tip for those that may not think of it. At the top of the forum page is an option to go to a Printable Version of the thread. If you open that, select all, and copy and paste it into a text document, you have a very nice reference from which you can clip code and paste it into visual PenCommander.

Actually, they'll get the new version of the Micro Light with the cooler graphic. :-)

Even easier - Use RepliGo!

Actually I tried that, Adobe, and a text file. Repligo did a good job of capturing the text, but when I cut and pasted out of it, I lost all the carriage returns in the code segments. Required a lot of editing. Text capture out of a pdf worked fine when pasting into Visual PenCommander, but full copies of Adobe Acrobat aren't that widespread. The cut and past into a text file seemed to work best for then being able to cut and paste code snippets, and something that everyone had free access to.

Just for reference.

I made my first pen command that is VERY simple and pasted it onto the original forum thread so everyone can use it. In addition, i posted an idea for two killer pen commands that would be really great. I would need to work on it, or maybe other poeple. It would just take a little bit of time.

UPDATE:

Made a cool pen command with the use of a pencommand made by one of the two winners of the contest. Go check it out in the original thread. It gets mail automatically over WiFi.
