Default Toshiba e830 Already Being Sold In Japan?

http://k-tai.impress.co.jp/cda/arti...vent/20352.html

This article (somewhat humorous English translation here) suggests the e830 is already available for sale in Japan (or will be soon, depending on how you interpret the translation). The spec page, featuring a GENiO e product (the Japanese branding for Toshiba PDAs) shows WLAN and Bluetooth bundled in, along with a 520MHz XScale processor, 128MB of RAM and WM2003SE.

The unit looks almost identical to the e805. So, now all we have to do is wait and hope for international release(s)... 8)

Not yet available in stores

And even not on the Japan Toshiba's web site. The PDA Solution Fair as they call it, is just here in order to show future models. But yes this Toshiba may come in Japan one day or another

There should be some fierce competition now!

Asus, Dell, Toshiba, and HP all have high-end devices to woo the PPC buff, each one having enough drool factor to lure them in.

Ok...I am going to play devils advocate :devilboy:
All the hype over VGA.....look at the size of those cells.....too damn small to read almost.

So what is the real benefit (esp. to the average user .....Contacts...Calender...) of VGA on such a small screen?

Presently slipping into flame retardant PJ's
