Default Video Of The MDA/XDA III

http://www.mysmartphone.no/modules....ff6826367453464

If you're curious about what the MDA/XDA III looks like, how its thumbboard slides out, and more, check out this video from mySmartphone.no.

Note that the video is inlined in the HTML and only played in IE for me, and it's geared towards the non-Pocket PC user, so the first four minutes or so is a basic tour of WM2003SE, including about 45 seconds of Solitaire playing. If you're impatient, like me, jump exactly to the 4-minute mark, where the user starts playing with the thumbboard as well as sliding it in-and-out where you can start seeing some of the nifty hardware aspects of the unit.

Looks like the screen has the iPaq yellow tinge to it (could be a video issue I suppose).

Default Very nice device!!!

I own an XDA II, just changed it for a P900, I would buy this device only if this device can get a better Internet browser (Like Palm Tungsten 3 or SonyEricsson P900), Better Excel and Word and may be capable of opening protected files (Like Documents to go for Palm), can play MP3 Ringtones, have a reliable alarm clock (for waking up each mornig), that way it may be your really one and only device!!!

I'd love one - but the chances of it coming to Canada anytime soon are somewhere between slim and none.

Just view the source and get the URL of the video, if you wish to play it on your PPC.

not to sound to much like phonescoop but a Verizon director said, "I expect Sprint will have it first, like the Treo 600." :? yaaaa ok sure..... We all know how those things go. I heard this at a conference where Microsoft was also a presenter and they showed and talked about the MDA III. Then Verizon got up and said regarding the MDA, "Well they (Microsoft) can talk a little more than I can right now." WEll maybe a year from now we might see it. :|

I love their music Felt like I was in a Lord of the Rings movie The video wasn't however very informative, and was shot from too far away. The thumb board looked a bit awkward to use, and the sliding mechanism a bit stiff. Definitely not my next device.

If you want a better browser, get Netfront.
