Wow...that certainly looks like a nice program. :way to go: If/when I get my iPaq 4705, this should be one of the first programs I install. The price tag is a tad on the high side, but who knows, maybe there will be some contests or extra rebates on the way. *wink wink* lol

I'd rather just enable the NETWORK folder, and then use any file explorer I like, like Resco or Dexplor.

Speaking of viewing network connections: I know that Resco's Explorer says you can't network through activesync.

Is there anyway around this? I don't have a WiFi or Bluetooth connection on my work computer.

This question is going to become more and more relevant as WM03:SE becomes more prevalent and that question is: Does this software support VGA screens? Something like this should definitely be VGA native.

I tried this product earlier this week and found it difficult and couldnt get it to work very well. It seemed to freeze up sometimes.

I went back to just using Rescoe to browse my network.

Hi All,

I would like to have more feedback on that product and we will try our best to fix all problems and to add new features for the next release.

Regarding the freezing problem. There is a workaround available. Please see our support forum. Also it is recommended to have a latest ROM update for iPAQs.

The application itself does not have limits on the desktop size. We have evaluated this product in the standard VGA mode on PPC2003 SE and so far we haven't found much advantage of that mode because fonts are still large and you have twice more space only for the icons and other graphics. We are looking forward to do more testing on a real device once it will be available.

The work around networking over USB/Serial is to implement a new service on the desktop side.

Vlad.
