The XDA III looks like a very impressive device - I love the slide-out keyboard. Great concept! Check out the pictures...

Now THIS is the device I've been waiting for!!

And it doesn't look much thicker than the XDA II!

I absolutely can't wait for this device! What's the release date? I remember seeing September, but is that final? 8)

This thing's got 8 hardware buttons if you count the camera and microphone buttons! 8O

And my favorite Smiley applies to this post:

Both! And that's a beautiful thing! Plus it's got the keyboard, 128MB RAM, Second Edition, no antenna, etc., etc., etc.!

This is how to do a keyboard. I saw the photo of the 6300 with keyboard (side view) here and it really turned me off the device.

So I had may heart set on a MPX now I just don't know any more

MPX - Slow - But looks to die for.
6xxx - Slow - But I can use my IPAQ stuff with it
XDA III - KEYBOARD

What to choose :!:

MPX - Slow, small screen, no way to hide keyboard
6300 - Slow, no Second Edition, ugly antenna
XDA III - Fast, Sliding ILLUMINATED Keyboard, 128MB, etc.!

XDA III all the way! (at least for me. I'd never presume to push my perspectives on anyone else... :devilboy: )

I had heard that it might not have Bluetooth? Although I think this was just an early rumor.

Does anyone know the resolution on the camera?

MDAIII (and IV for that matter) is a waste of engineering. With MS2003SE on there, you would think they could take advantage of the landscape features, and spin that sucker sideways and have a PROPER usable slideing KB for it...

Sad. Maybe next year!......LMAO.
