Default Think Outside 50% Sale On Some Stowaway Keyboards

http://www.thinkoutside.com/products/offers.html

"For a limited time, save up to 50% on Think Outside products made for Fellowes! All products are brand new and come standard with our 12 month warranty. Act now, inventory is limited!"

I'm actually not surprised by this - I linked to an Amazon sale on Think Outside keyboards a few weeks ago, and it's pretty obvious to me that they're cleaning out back inventory of their older products. To me, the real deal amongst these is the Stowaway XT for $39.99 -- that's a really compact keyboard at a great price, and Amazon still lists it for a lot more.

I'm definitely ordering a Stowaway XT for my iPaq. $39.99 is a great deal for a keyboard!

Oh man, anyone know how long this sale lasts? I want an XT for the iPaq i'm getting this/next month. But I might order a bit soon from my PDA savings if this deal is really short...

My XT just broke the other day. I use it too much to wait a month or two for the Bluetooth version. Also, it occurred to me that I wouldn't be able to use a Bluetooth keyboard on a plane (well, probably could, but shouldn't).

I live in the UK, but I phoned (ouch) and placed an order with ThinkOutside, because as the headline article says, they're selling the iPAQ XT for half of the lowest price anywhere else in the US, and it's just not available online from any shops here.

Shipping costs more than the keyboard itself, but I figure that just brings it all up to the regular price.</rationalisation>

The order process involved a bit of faffing about, having to scan a form and e-mail it in (since I can't fax from home). But this keyboard is awesome. I wrote my last novel on it. None of the other keyboard options can touch ThinkOutside's products, as far as I'm concerned. Had I settled for something else, I feel I would have regretted it.

Default Clearout cuz....

They are going to be obsolete! The BT Stowaway is going to replace all of these special keyboards because manufactureers still insist on using proprietary connectors and they are sick of reverse engineering them! :devilboy:
