3 New Free Applications From Bitsinside
Axel Wolf from BitsInside contacted us about some new freeware applications for the Pocket PC 2002 and 2003. Not one, not two, but three new applications are available, including: a sophisticated expense tracker (shown below), contacts management software and time billing software. Also previously available are a registry editor and a network enabled filemanager / explorer.
All programs can be downloaded free of charge for non commercial use. Download links and keycodes to unlock the programs are supplied at the BitsInside website.
The software is well worth a look. Free is good, we like free.

Their product page says:
"Fully functional 7 day trial version available"
So it doesn't look to be free as in freeware but as in free download and limited free trial. :?:

If you take a look on the top right side of each apps page you will notice a user name/code to be input.

I tried to install with no luck. I keep getting an error message. Has anyone else tried to install?

Setup application gives error. I just installed the cab file from the binary folder and that worked fine.

Sending the .cab file from the binaries/arm directory to your PPC works too.
I kinda like it [Explorer] for changing file extensions of files my ppc thinks it can't read. Plus, :!: the key works fine.

The mail we got about this from Axel said it was freeware, and that's what it looks like to me at the website.

Free as in "Free Beer"
Hello,
as stated on our website all applications are free to use for non-commercial purposes. The user / key combination will not expire.
The missing file can be found in the download section of our website. however, as many of you already found out, installation can also be performed by simply double-clicking the cab file on your PPC.
Regards, Axel Wolf
