Default iPaq HQ Reviews HP iPAQ 4350

http://www.ipaqhq.com/reviews/index.php?qid=204

Not long after its release, Matthew Miller aka palmsolo described his first impressions of the HP iPAQ 4350 in a mini-review for Geek.com. At that moment he liked certain aspects of the device, but his conclusion was that he might have preferred a 4150 with an add-on thumbboard. That was November 2003.

Now it is May 2004, and palmsolo has written another review of this device for iPaq HQ after almost six months of usage. It's a very nice review that describes how well the 4350 performs in that daily usage. And it does seem this is a device that he had to get used to, because this time his conclusions are more positive.

"The 4350 feels solid and if you use a thumb keyboard at all, this will probably be your ideal solution since text entry is made quick and easy while allowing you to avoid tapping on your display and potentially scratching it as well. The only real improvement in the device would be to update the keyboard software a bit better so all stylus use could be avoided. If the long battery life doesn't even please you then you can pick up a whopping 3600 mAh spare battery as well that will increase the thickness of the slim device."

Nice review, well created... I was kind of curious though, 15600mAh?
Has the human race even created a battery of that capacity that would theoretically be held in ones 'palm'
I do understand that MUST be a typo, but seriously that would last weeks with the rest of today's hardware

Wow, I never realized the 4350 was that slim. It looks like it's as slim as the 4150. I know it's based on the 4150, but I just figured that since it was a keyboard device, it would inherently be thick as well!

People might be intestested to compare this to the review of the 4350 that PPCT posted a little while ago....http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/arti...n=expand,22920
