Sapphire Solutions Announces eVB, .NET Control Updates
Sapphire Solutions is in the progress of introducing a number of new eVB and .NET controls. If you're a developer, you might want to check these out:- New Sapphire EMEI Utility - allow your application to retrieve the unique device EMEI number from your phone edition devices;
- New Sapphire Battery Utility - enables your application to retrieve the device's battery level, and is free with the purchase of any other control;
- Sapphire Mail Utility (Coming Soon) - enable your application to configure the device's email accounts and send an email with an attachment;
- New Sapphire FTP Utility - supports sending and receiving files in 1K chunks. This means your application can monitor the progress of the transfer.

Not sure what an EMEI is, the IMEI is the unique idenfier of the phone (International Mobile Equipment Identification).
