Default Official Motorola MPx Photos

These aren't different than the pictures that have been floating around over the past week or so, but they're high resolution and 100% official, so go take a look. ;-)

The slot I thought was SD is actually the charger/data port. Most Motorola phones have the exact same port. You can clearly see the connector in the picture Jason linked to. Has anyone seen dimmensions yet? The device looks pretty darn small in a person's hands (at least compared to other PPCPE devices!!)

It's probably just me but the button layout doesn't look the same as in the other pics I've seen :?:

I am sure the earlier pics were all from prototypes. The new layout adds a lot more. Seems very busy/cluttered, but I am sure that Moto spent the time testing out many form factors and layouts and determined this to be the best. At high-res, you can see the buttons look like little see-through chicklet style buttons. I only wish these were available sooner than second half 2004!

Wow! Is it just me, but is anyone else in love with the MPx100? It seems chunky and holdable

I like the look and the screen, I especially like that it is black - I do hope Tek 'n Toys will sell this phone

The best close-up shots I have seen on the non-prototype stills were the ones Arne took at the conference. See the two links on this page.
