Holiday Gift Ideas?
It's almost that time of year again... that time when you have to empty your wallet... 8O

And, more than ever, I'm sure electronics are on some of your wish lists, if not on your giving lists as well. And, without a doubt, Pocket PCs make great gifts. In either case, I'm curious as to what electronics you, our dear readers, are drooling over. Have you thought about what you want to get relatives? Have you hinted what you want to relatives? If so, let us know by hitting the Discuss link below. I'll collect some of the answers next week and set up a vote to see what the Pocket PC Thoughts' community's most desirable gift is; and, if time permits, maybe we'll even make a PPCT Gift Catalog.
If you need inspiration, you might want to check out these sites:Happy shopping!

I think this is a great idea but I would like to see two categories. One for bigger ticket items such as cameras, pocketpc's, etc. and the second for accessories.
I just got a new pda so my list will include only accessories. I really would like a fancy lighted stylus from pocketpctechs and a 256 lexar sd card.

My wife & I are getting her elder son the 400MHz X3 as a combined birthday/Christmas present. It has already arrived, for which I am truly grateful to Dell :-)
I now want to buy a really decent game so that he has got something he can play on the X3 ... and keep him quiet for a while
For myself, I'm waiting a little bit longer before asking my company to replace my aged iPAQ 3660 with a shiny new X3i.

No PPC for me this Christmas. I'm keeping my Axim until something I really like comes along.
We're thinking of getting a PPC for our daughter though. Maybe an X3 or a 1930, not quite sure yet.

CNet apparently thinks males and females go through quite different stages --
In their younger years, girls want slick-looking goodies, and boys want entertaining and eye-catching stuff.
When they marry, they try to become responsible adults. Husbands are looking for portability, flexibility, and reliability from their gadgets, while wives are not gadget-hounds.
Divergence occurs when they become parents. Dad is an early-adopter, ahead of the curve. Mom has sadly become a technophobe.
So apparently childbirth permanently destroys part of the brain. :?

Disconnected, you must be living in the Stone Age. I have two kids and three pocketpc's. My husband has only one. My husband wants tools for Christmas, I want anything pocketpc related!
