2004 eFAR Federal Aviation Regs For Your Pocket PC
http://www.mypilotstore.com/MyPilotStore/sep/2150
Pilots should be interested in this ebook. "The Federal Aviation Regulations just went from being a three pound book that you need to lug around and compensate for on your weight and balance calculations to something that can be carried anywhere."

Contents and publications included, but not limited to:
Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM) Aviation Weather (FAA AC 00-6A) Aviation Weather Services (FAA AC 00-45E) Pilot's Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge (FAA AC 61-23C) Instrument Flying Handbook (FAA AC 61-27C) Stall and Spin Awareness Training (FAA AC 61-67B) Medical Handbook for Pilots (FAA AC 67-2) Pilot's Role in Collision Avoidance (FAA AC 90-48C) (Pay attention to where you are going and don't read this book while flying) Aircraft Weight and Balance Handbook (FAA-H-8083-1) Airplane Flying Handbook (FAA-H-8083-3) Plane Sense (FAA-H-8083-19) Student Pilot Guide (FAA-H-8083-27)
The cost is $18.95. Apparently you can install just the parts of the manual you want. No size is given but I suspect you'll need a meaty storage card. It requires MobiPocket Reader.

AIM
Looks quite handy.
In case there's any pilots out there interested, I actually made a PDF of the AIM from the FAA site: http://www2.faa.gov/ATpubs/AIM/index.htm
The PDF turned out to be 13.6Mb, and I keep it handy on my storage card....

I'm no pilot, but I *am* an avid flightsimmer and aircraft nut [check my sig pic] - plus I'm an absolute E-book fanatic, so I can definitely see the appeal in this for interested pilots and simmers.

I guess this means we the passengers can also use our PDA's in flight...

Kinda depends on the airline and flight crew. If you turn off wi-fi and such, and put it away during takeoff and landing [wouldn't want it flying around the cabin] then I think you can safely use it - as long as you're not the person flying the plane of course

making a pdf of a web site
Abobe Acrobat 5 allows you to 'crawl' a part of a web site and generate a PDF from it. This is the full version, not the reader.
Its very handy for archiving old websites to a PDF too.
