Default A Smartphone Is Finally Available In The US

http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/f...pic.php?p=33028

Robert, from our sister site Smartphone Thoughts, wrote in to let us know that AT&T is finally listing the Motorola MPx200 Smartphone for sale, along with their GSM service.

Even more interesting is the fact that Amazon is listing it with heavy discounts -- you can pick one up for $150 with rebates with activation. Not a bad deal, and I'd consider this a great complement to a Pocket PC, or perhaps a way to enable your family to get Outlook-syncable phones. (You wouldn't give your Pocket PC up now, would you? :lol There's also a Microsoft press release about the debut.

they are available at best buy. I was playing with one yesterday, it was for AT&T. I didnt like how thick it was nor the style or color, but I think it is way past time that such a phone was available in the U.S.!! :!:
I know some other smart phones I would love to see with Cingular :rock on dude!:

i think i would switch to a smartphone/pocketpc phone if i could get my hands on that LG SC8000 being released in the Korean market. But nothing can really replace being able to post this and take notes for comp sci class on my 5455. Back to taking notes :|

After owning a 3650, I don't think I'll ever get another phone without a camera. When I first bought it, I wanted bluetooth and didn't care about the camera. Since owning it, the camera gets a lot more use than the BT.

Man just combine pocketpcthoughts and smarthphone thoughs Fliping between an additonal site is a pain. With new devices like XDA II who's to say it's a smartphone or a pocketpc?

Is a smart phone basically a PDA that's not as flexible as a PDA, but has phone capabilities. why would you want/need both.
Thanks
