Only (major) problem: it seems ONLY for Windows Mobile 2003!! that is only about 0.00xx% of PPC users in this world!!!

No, you can run 1.3 on any ARM device from 2002 or 2003. Or version 1.2 on sh3 or mips devices

Then I suggest you change this on the relevant Handango page:
"Requirements:MS Windows Mobile 2003 (OS 2003)"
Moreover the title says: "for OS 2003"
How else could one understand it's for previous versions as well??? (I was secretly hoping it was  )
Does it require special drivers/apps/whatnots tu run on PPC2k2?

It is a .NET based application that utilizes a SQL database structure, so it installs 3 components automatically. OS2003 devices only need the 2 SQL components since .NET is built in.
