Default Free Ringtones for Pocket PC Phone Edition Users

http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/downloads.php

We launched the downloads page over at Smartphone Thoughts today, so if you have a Smartphone, go check it out. I spent a good part of my Saturday hunched over my laptop creating funky ringtones (eight bundles in all), the first of which is available for free download over at Smartphone Thoughts. I love the fact that the Smartphone and Pocket PC Phone Edition can use regular old WAV files as ringtones - that's just sweet.

When one feature is added to the Thoughts Media Engine, you can rest assured that the other sites running atop it will more than likely offer the same feature soon enough. This won't happen right away though - I have several other things with a higher priority on my plate right now.

So you now know why Symbian users have been harping on about things like this for so so long . Now all that's needed is support for proper MIDI files on the Microsoft smartphone and I'll be even happier.

Anybody here been using the SAPI software for speech generation? Now that is cool!

Why? Are you planning on hooking a Smartphone up to a keyboard and controlling external devices? :takethat:

Default Ringtones Pocket Pc Phone Edition

Thanks! I liked them all. I'll just have to be sure that I switch the volume to "OFF" when I go to Church. I'd be most embarrassed if I got a call. :devilboy:

I have two packs coming out that will have very subtle, gentle ringtones. :-)

I prefer mp3 ringtones... Rip them directly from your CDs, wav to MIDI conversion is a headache.
