Default Win Prizes in a Virtual Casino

http://www.handango.com/brainstore/...productId=82943

Here's an interesting twist - the developer has created a game that, when played, creates unique identifiers that can be used to claim prizes. The details are very sketchy at the moment, but if you're looking for a Casino-style game, check this out one...

"The first ever Casino game for a PDA with real prizes! Experience the casino on your Pocket PC with this collection of 5 cool casino games ! Featuring real prizes, sampled casino sound effects and realistic gameplay (including a daily withdrawal limit so go easy!)."

The full version will run you $14.95 USD. [Affiliate]

You would have no way of enforcing his actually paying out the prizes.

It's legal in the US as long as you do not have to pay to be entered into the contest. In this case, you are able to win prizes in the trial version without having to purchase the software.

From the company's website:
Quote:
Purchase not necessary (i.e. you may win a real prize during your trial period prior to product purchase).
