Default Victorinox Offers Branded iPAQ 2215

http://www.pocket-junkie.com/article.php?id=22&op=read

Victorinox, the makers of the famous Swiss Army Knife, has entered into a marketing agreement with HP to make small modifications to the iPAQ 2215 and resell it under the Victorinox label.

"Victorinox hopes this modification will open a new market for outdoor Pocket PC use. Similar to the impact of the SUV on the automobile market. The Victorinox model will incorporate a Large blade, Scissors, Compass, Can opener with small screwdriver, Hook, Corkscrew, Toothpick and Tweezers. The company claims that the addition of these tools doesn't effect the standard 2215 specifications."

This is great! I can now leave my inch-thick Swiss Army Knife at home when I go outdoors.

Now that is funny. I'm packing my iPAQ 3835 and 5555 right now.

Oh wait, this is only for the 2215. Darn

hmmm, that compass might actually redeem the 2200's awful D-pad.
(I love my 2215, this is really my only complaint about this awesome PDA)

That's too funny.

If it was real, just imagine how those dummies at the airport security would react.

Would have been a really good April 1st post Ed, you should have saved it.

You think this whole thing is a joke?!? I'm telling you, they forgot the
darned stylus!! I should know, I have one of these things (it was a
"thank-you" gift, from Obi-wan Kenobi, after I kicked Anakin's butt
for being such a whiner)
