Access System Information
Rick Winscot has written a nice article called "Intelligent Applications: Accessing System Information". It deals with how to retrieve and use iPAQ Pocket PC system information. Often it is the seemingly simple task that is the hardest to implement! Check it out!
"With the discontinuation of the 3000 series and introduction of the 5000/2000 series HP/Compaq has issued a new and even more feature packed header file. If you arent familiar with eVC dont worry we got you covered, just keep reading. This header file gives you access to the device serial number, owner, device name, email, company name, main battery level, backup battery level, ac adapter status, WLAN information/settings, Bluetooth information/settings, and the list goes on."

good!!!
very interesting.
i would like to use that sample application, but i'm not sure how.
unfortunately, I have an iPAQ5450 and I usually develop in evc++3.0 (not .NET!). Can I use the sample code in evc++3.0, too?
How?
