NaDa 0.5 For Pocket PC 2003 Released!
http://www.bernardbelanger.com/computing/NaDa/index.html
Bernard Blanger has released the highly anticipated NaDa 0.5 and it is fully Windows Mobile 2003 for Pocket PC compliant.
It is very small, taking up only one byte and works with all Pocket PC, Pocket PC Phone Edition and even Smartphone devices and all processors. It works well on storage cards too. Installation is simple. Just download it and copy it to the device. Nothing more to do, because it does nothing! No installation routine, no soft reset, no uninstallation feature. Nothing. Zilch. NaDa! It is free at the NaDa site. (affiliate link)
Don't look for a full review of this product though in the future as I've just told you everything this will do. Simple. Elegant. Zen!

I'd like to know how come it took him until v0.5 (assuming there was a 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, etc.) to get it right!

Right, the degrading speed is not as fast as battery pack upgrading, let alone hack master.

Actually the older version was 0.9, the new one 0.5 and they have already announced 0.0: "We hope to release NaDa 0.0 by the end of the year."
