Default US Students Get iPAQ 2215 for $293

http://gem.compaq.com/gemstore/ctob...CSource=&hot=No

If you're a student in the US, you have a great opportunity to order an iPAQ 2215 for only $293, which is much cheaper than the $399 MSRP that the rest of the world will be paying. Roderick assures me there's a site at this URL, but it's either down right now or very, very slow to load.

unfortunatley the 2215 will cost you a mere $617 in th UK. A mere 55% more than the standard US price.

It works perfectly for me, but I've visited it before. You might have to go through the HP homepage to get to it correctly, as it requires you to choose what kind of institution you're in, what contract you're under, what state, etc.

Wow, great price. Might be able to justify going up to the 2210 from the 1940 now, actually save $6. :-)

And students, usually. But yes. On another thread there were a number of people trying to take advantage of it.
