Gateway Reveals New Pocket PC
Good news from this CNet article: the Gateway isn't as much of a disappointment as originally thought. It will have a transreflective screen, 32MB of ROM and 64MB of RAM, and dual CF and SD slots. With a target price of $299, it looks like the Gateway 100X, due out in July, is aiming to be a direct competitor with Dell.

Ugly ugly ugly. Thanks but no thanks. I got to play with the Axim this weekend and I really like it, if they could get Bluetooth and WiFi in the same form factor it would be killer.

It is actually just about the same thickness and the Axim. I think the front design makes it look bigger than it might be. It is different though, I'll give them some points for an more origional design.

Quite the critics here! I don't think it looks that bad, looks different than the others, thats what I look for in design. I'll have to see some more pics, but I wouldn't call it ugly. :agrue:

Most everyone's design could be labeled original, because although they can be compared, they all differ in some way. But this thing is indeed ugly.  ukeface2:
