http://www.sapphire-solutions.co.uk/products.htm

Sapphire Solutions recently released a new utility for eMbedded Visual Basic and Visual Basic .NET developers called Sapphire Buttons. Sapphire Buttons makes it really easy to add support for detecting the use of hardware buttons in Pocket PC applications. You can try the utility for free and quickly get going using the code samples included.

This program is a utility to make it easier for developers to capture button presses. It doesn't have any use to a device end user.

Also, if it works in VB.NET, it will work with any .NET language.
