Tiger Direct.ca Sure Gets Some Unique PDAs!
A momentous occasion recently happened on the Canadian technology scene, and most people didn't notice it: MISCO, a long time mail-order catalogue technology vendor, has become part of the Tiger Direct empire, and that means Canadians now have access to a good deal of the Tiger Direct catalogue, without the painful cross-border taxes. I'm putting together a package on their site right now, and I thought I'd look at what PDAs they had to offer. Look what I found:
They have an iPAQ that's only 0.5 inches wide? Wow - talk about portable! The screen sure would be teenie-weenie. 8O And a Sharp Zarus Pocket PC with a built in keyboard? Amazing! :lol: Operators are standing by...
What are some of the best/funniest Pocket PC advertising flubs you've seen?

An Office Depot ad once described the iPaq 36xx as a PalmPilot PocketPC Handheld computer Organizer. That's a mouthful.

Their website isn't working fore sure. I was trying to check out prices for CF cards, I get error messages wherever I click... it looks like they have a lot of work to do still..

Ahhemm .. That was my point to start with :roll:
A different price on the blurb (US$) and in the actual AD (CAN $) above it which is a nice little way to confuse a customer.
