Hmmm....
While I understand and support the need for developers to create trial software, they should be more upfront about it.
It is listed as "free beta" software.
In reality, it is a 14-day demo.
This actually hurts the developer. It has to do with expectations. If I expected to get a helpful peice of free (although beta) software, I am dissappointed when I see the 14-day limit.
If I know upfront that there is a new notes application and I can try a demo version to see if I like it, then the serious users will try and be more apt to buy.
Come on, PDA Mill, you are better than that.

Is it Beta or Trial or <Gasp!!!!> Beta Trial Software????
I can't agree more....
Clear expectations are crucial to creating credibility.
Before I would even try it, I need to know is it Beta [not ready for primetime] or is it ready for release and I'm downloading Eval software. If it's both Beta and Eval [time limit], then hold on to your hats folks: that's one scary ride that I don't want to take!!

It's not a beta
It's a pre-release timed trial. I'm not pleased with that either...
if it were a beta, there would be somewhere you could report bugs! Like, where is the colon on the full-screen keyboard!!!
A pleasant piece of software other than that. It would be nice to be able to use these as methods of input instead of applications, though. I'd like to enter stuff into e-mail or Word...

Not exactly ready for prime time.
:?
I tried it and took it off after 15 minutes.
Still very buggy... The upper menu bar had a tendency to just disappear leaving you with a screen that can't be closed. In one case the same menubar appeared twice (one on top of the other). I think this was by design because i was down a couple levels but i was not sure.
The setup options seem to be very limited.
It didnt read existing notes on my ppc and the "documentation" did not give any pointers on if it can or not.
The contact section while it reads my contacts is very confusing. It could just be the skin they are using.
I thought the built in keyboard would be a plus but i was so annoyed with the "beta" i didn't even bother to try.
I also don't like the bait and switch approach to the time period. But then again i can't see this lasting for 14 days on most pda's

Kind of a strange combination: contacts and notes? I'd normally expect contacts as one part of a larger PIM app or Notes to be standalone.

Although I do understand the concept of putting Notes and Contacts together (two of my most used applications), I do agree that the program is still not working too well. I got an error message after two minutes, and it didn't read existing notes on my ppc. It looked interesting, though. I like the UI, it's new and smooth, but it makes it hard to read contacts.
I'm curious to see what's happening with this program. I am definitively going to check out what's new in a month or so. In the meantime, I uninstalled it.

I also found it buggy. The keyboard window filled about 90% of my e750 screen, and was cut off on the right side and bottom. I removed it as well.

If you check out
you'll notice they have a funky keyboard layout. I'd be willing to adapt to fitaly (I prefer the handwriting methods of input), but learning a new layout for one program is a bit of a stretch imo.
