Default Mobile2Market: Reach Mobile Operators Worldwide - Free Certification

http://www.microsoft.com/mobile/developer/developerprograms/mobile2market/special.asp

Microsoft's Mobile2Market program has an offer through April 30 to waive the logo certification cost of $500 on Smartphone and Pocket PC applications. "Mobile2Market is Microsoft's logo certification and market delivery program for Windows Powered Smartphone and Pocket PC applications. This program was designed to help you market your Smartphone and Pocket PC applications to mobile operators worldwide."

Applications must be in the Mobile2Market catalog by April 30, 2003 to qualify for the fee being waived.

Does anyone know if they still prohibit you from putting a way to exit your program?

The short answer is yes this is still not allowed. CntlQ as a short cut is. Not sure if there are waivers permited for some apps - you could ask the testing lab

I thought this was still the case, so I was a little surprised when I saw that the Microsoft Plus! Sync n' Go Pocket PC client had an exit function under the TOOLS menu.

Since I use Pocket Plus now, it's a non-issue for me.

The requirements also still include:

Required: No Underlined Accelerators in Menus or Dialogs Boxes

Since devices are now available with keyboards, is this requirement still in effect?

Do you know if it counts to underline them when the ALT key is pressed?
