Default Faster Smarter Digital Video Reviewed by Lockergnome

http://www.lockergnome.com/issues/d...a/20030205.html

A bit off topic, but I was quite proud of my little book when I saw the review that Jake Ludington did in the Lockergnome Digital Media newsletter. Here's a quote:

"For anyone new to digital video, I have not seen a better resource than Faster Smarter Digital Video. If you went to film school, or if you've already stumbled through the learning process on your own, you may not need this book. If you are just getting started or if you've already bought a bunch of video editing software and hardware, and don't know what to do with it, this book will lead you out of the dark and on your way to making videos in no time."

The book is doing pretty well over at Amazon - at one point it was as high as #394. Remember you can still download the whole of chapter three in PDF format just to get a taste for what the book is like.

Ok, I might seem to be subjective, but I can be critical of Jason as anyone else. When I was in Seattle last week, I checked out the book. I sincerely liked the way it was set up, and the graphics/text ratio. If you're new to digital video, or if you have some experience, but want to find out cool tips on how to do more, get this book.

I have not bought your book Jason but a few weeks back I was in PC World (big out of town UK PC stores in the UK). This couple were trying to choose a book, on the very theme of digital video, for their son...

"You want to buy this one", I said, "Jason Dunn really knows his stuff", I added, neatly hiding my total ignorance of the subject! Since they bought it - when do I get my agent's fee?
