Hey, I'm all for cheap software and hardware (I've already bought FlexWallet and ordered the 256MB SD card, and am seriously considering the 1 GB CF card for $250, too!), but...
Do the two separate-but-identical utilites that monitor memor, battery life, etc. count as two separate items in the package? I mean, is anyone gonna run them both?
Just a (Pocket PC) Thought...

If I'm thinking of the right software, I think this bugged me because it didn't blend with the theme's background and caused flicker.
Worth giving the trial another shot.
... Looks like this isn't the same one.  Just looked awful close from the screens.

I brought RhinoSuite a couple of months ago. Then the launcher was the reason to buy it. But I love the whole suite.
The IPAQPanel and PocketPanel are similar products but targetted at IPAQ and general PocketPC owners respectively. I guess the IPAQ needs are a more customized panel.
If you don't already own a Today Screen launcher and battery monitor I completely recommend this one (I've got Battery Pack as well).

carphead - I've got Battery Pack 2003 as well. I'd like to buy Rhino Suite just because it's on special (can't resist sales!), but should probably find out whether iPAQ Panel has anything that Battery Pack 2003 doesn't? The CPU Monitor looks interesting though ..

iPAQPanel has a few special touches. First it has the option of showing you the status of your Network card (as in 802.11b) and you can have it pop up a bubble when you connect showing your new IP address, the DHCP server address, and other useful info. Take a look at this page, and just watch as it cycles through the images http://www.handango.com/PlatformProd...roductId=21757 Also you can have it show when your 802.11b card is transmitting.
If you want a voice telling you the status of your system, Rhinocode lets you choose from various voices much easier than Battery bar does IMNSHO. Also you want to take a look at how the NEW launcher works. You can now add a directory and any program you add to it will appear on your today screen! A great way to set up your game directory. One of the best things that Rhinocode has going for it is a developer that cares.
You get three great programs, at a ridiculous price. Check it out, I don't think you'll be sorry. Unless you bought something else.

Not my kind of thing personally... just too gaudy on my nice looking today screen. Don't much care for the color scheme.
As for cpu monitoring, I use Pocket Hack Master for that.
Though the graph is nice, it's impossible to raise it to the top position above the date where it'd look best.

One huge thing RhinoSuite has over any of the others is the size of the software. It is very small and does what is was wrtten to do. I run the iPAQ Panel on my iPAQ 3855 and the PocketPanel on my e550G. I use the RhinoLaunch also. So small and does not goof up your themes or break your wallet.

FYI - The background on all the plug-ins blend perfectly with the Today screen (just like they belong there). This app does not cause any flicker (I download another that did, but can't remember the name). The App Launcher includes a date so you can disable the built-in date and move the CPU graph anywhere you want.
