Larry Bank of BitBank Software has released a brand new version 3 of PQV (Pocket Quick View), the image viewer that draws your images amazingly fast. The only thing I didn't like too much was the user interface, so I'm pretty happy that he paid attention and improved that as well. I especially like the new menu, in stead of just a toolbar.
This software is a very good companion for anyone who uses a digital camera. It loads big JPGs fast, it can do basic editing, resizing, movie viewing, etcetera. There's a 30 day trial version, and if you like what you see, you can get it for $19,95 from Handango [affiliate link].
