Default EUU3 for Audiovox Availiable

http://www.audiovox.com/PPCupgrade3.html

Audiovox has finally released EUU3 for their Maestro Pocket PC. There don't appear to be any additional Audiovox specific fixes or enhancements included. Be sure to print of the directions and pay attention to the items highlighted in red.

You should apply EUU3 first, then do a backup. If you do a backup now with EUU1/2 on it, they will do a hard reset and likely put EUU3 on it while it is there. Your EUU1/2 restore won't work.

I've done 3 hard resets in a month. No need for a backup, the thing isn't reliable enough at the moment to even warrant making one!

Default It's the same

This is the SAME EUU3 as for the IPAQ. I downloaded it and did a file compare. The same, byte for byte.

Wonder why it took Toshiba so long to not make any changes or incorporate and device-specific patches?

well, somebody on a different board was mentioning that Audiovox just recently got a new guy in charge of their PDA department (the last one died, apparently). This new guy was quite concerned about the needs of users...sounds good for our future updates!
