Dick Tracy's PPCPE
Infusion Threads makes a variety of interesting cases. Their "Wrist Sport" models are particularly interesting: you can put devices like the T-Mobile PPC Phone Edition on your wrist, which may be useful if you need to put it somewhere while doing activities like jogging. I'm not sure how comfortable it would be, but it's certainly more convenient than having it in your pocket in certain situations.

There's another wrist model that's a full wraparound case, plus they also have other non-wrist solutions, including the "Slip Sport" and the "Flip Sport".

I had to laugh at their "raincoat" but, the slip case is a pretty sweet idea (I think.). I'm not much of a leather case kind of guy, so I'm happy to see them coming up with some alternatives. That wrist case is huge when fully assembled. How about a sport band like the Sony walkmans have to wrap it around your bicep while out jogging etc?

You should email them. It's possible that the wrist band could be adjusted or replaced with a larger one...
Not sure how it'd feel to have a Pocket PC strapped there while running, but that could serve as an MP3 player if you're using solid-state memory

Yeah. Or just in the gym in general. Keep it out of the way and off the waist band. In spite of what my fellow PPC Thoughts members might think, dressing like Batman in the gym is not cool. :P

If you can't afford or have the guts to get the work GEEK tattooed to your forhead, just put a PDA on your wrist.

Geek or not, with the PPC in Landscape mode, this could prove to be quite useful.
