Default Rackshack under Denial-of-Service Attack

If you're wondering why the site is so slow in the last hour, it's because our provider, Rackshack, is getting pummeled by a DOS attack. 8O Nothing we can do but wait it out.

The DOS seems to be over...

Rackshack is pretty good all things considered - for the money, nothing can beat it, but ultimately you get what you pay for.

Good grief. Don't hackers use modern day operating systems? I thought DOS was dead.

Ed,

DOS stands for Denial of Service not the legendary OS.

I just now noticed Ed's new avatar icon, at first I thought it was a bunch of markers or crayons writing out "Pocket PC Thoughts", then I thought "wait, those are christmas lights." ops:

Yeah, you'd be surprised how hard it is to cram that into a 10K file. :?

How about my super subtle laughing emoticon?

Ed,

You are a master of graphics... Care to share technique and software needed to produce them?

Great job...

Ha! I am 100% pathetic when it comes to this stuff.

However, I love messing around in PaintShop Pro from www.jasc.com - $99 and that includes AnimationShop which does the animated gifs and what not. They have a free 100% functional trial. Think of it as a poor man's PhotoShop.
