New Themes For Your Dell Axim X5
Our own Foo Fighter got his Dell Axim X5 yesterday and while waiting the requisite 4 hours for it to charge, he whipped up a few themes.
You can download the one on the left here and the one on the right here. Very cool! :way to go:

The requisite 4 hours? I usually wait 24 hours to "deep charge" a new device battery...
I don't know if, with modern li-poly batteries and chargers that protect against overcharging, it matters to do that anymore. But, back in the day of ni-cad and ni-mh, it was always a good thing to do.
Patience, patience...

I'm planning on charging mine at least six hours when it arrives, just for extra measure. This will be my first device with Li-ion power. I've read that they're nowhere as finicky as the previous two technologies were...

Great looking themes (as usual) Foo! Did you post them to our site yet? I looked but didn't see them yet.

Nice themes!
New owner (hopefully today) of Dell Axim. Some photoshop experience creating web graphics.
What tools do you recommend for creating and loading themes?
thanks,
Richard

pop63,
Though I am a bit  partial, the best theme creation app as voted by the PocketPC Awards judges is our very own ThemeMakerPT app. There is a free trial you can download using this link as well. Enjoy! 8)
We also have a great theme Developer's Guide on the site as well.

Thanks guys!
I didn't care too much for Dell's default theme. It is surprisingly dull.
Stone, I'll upload them to your site tomorrow.

Maybe my iPaq 3835 already does this automatically, and I just haven't noticed, but how do you get phone numbers to appear next to your appointments on the today screen like that? (Sorry, I know I'm OT).
TIA!
