New BMW Film Released: BEAT THE DEVIL
James Brown and a BMW in one video? You just know this is going to rock...

"Decades ago, the legendary James Brown sold his soul to the devil for fame and fortune. Now he wishes to renegotiate. Hired to take Mr. Brown to a rendezvous with the devil (Gary Oldman), the driver soon finds himself entangled in fiendish plans. Tony Scott directs Clive Owen in a satirical duel between good and evil."

Thanks for the reminder Jason. I'd forgot that was coming out today.
On a side-note ... anyone have "The Follow" from last year available for PC in Windows Media format? I have it in QuickTime, but all the other films from them I have in WMV and I'd like to complete the collection properly.
Unfortunately, it is the one film they no longer offer for download as Forrest Whitaker won't allow them to  It's also, IMHO, one of the better ones in the series.
Anyway, let me know if you know where I can get it. Thanks

Any clue why he won't allow it? Fortunately for me, it is my least favorite.

I don't have that one either. If anyone has it PM me. Oh yeah thanks Jason for the reminder. This will give me a chance to try the new media player on my 3970.

Initially, BMW had a limited release contract with all the stars. They never realized that the films would be so popular so they went back to re-negotiate the distribution rights. Everyone, but Forrest Whitaker agreed so they had to pull The Follow off. All the new ones fortunately don't have the same problem.
It's weird, some people really like it, and others are the opposite. It's a departure from the other films, that's for sure.

Awesome! I forgot that it was coming out today too. These movies are pretty cool and pack in a lot of action and a good story in a few minutes. I found The Follow QT format on Kazaa, and it's my least favorite of all, but still I'd like it in WMV format so if someone finds it could you post it in here?

I've heard other rumors that it was also pulled due to the "implied" possibility of domestic violence. I'll agree that it was a little wierd, but that's about it.
