The game is single-player only - says so too in the very first paragraph in the Infosync article too.

yep. But that means no monthly fee!! and if they deliver for less than $20 I'm in. Sounds kinda like playing single player Diablo. I can hardly wait!!!!!
I just hope it has a quick way to exit the game or allow you to shut off your ppc at any time. That is the nature of the ppc. Shut it off right in the middle of what your doing and run.

Andy, any reason you're calling it EveryQuest?

Entropy--realize that (a) Sony is a large company; (b) the number of PalmOS5 devices is waaay too small right now to make anything useful for it just yet. Presumably they've been working on this for some time...

yes % of Clies is small but not of Palms in general, not to mention it would be a good marketing tool to bundle or promote the Clie as being able to run Everquest (albiet small and not multiplayer) Just weird they didn't even go cross-platform to even attempt to support their own interest in the Palm OS.

It looks pretty cool, but don't expect a pocket Diablo - it's a turn-based game (and from the looks of it, a fairly slow-paced turn-based game). I don't think I'd have the patience for a game like this.
