Default World Off-line

Sunnysoft has released World Off-Line. This is a shareware program that does what Mobile Favorites does not seem to want to do on my Pocket PCs: it stores internet content on your Pocket PC.

"This application enables the direct download of any Internet and Intranet pages to your mobile device including all off-site pages, pictures and files. You can select when and what data to download to your Pocket PC. The biggest application advantage over, for example, AvantGo, is the fact that it does not use any intermediate stage. It means data are transfered directly to mobile device." The price of the program is $8. Source: Pocket PC Minds

The question I have is, if a 3rd party can do it then why can't Microsoft get there own mobile favorites to work correctly?
