Viewing Posts in Your Local Time Zone
Here's a feature that some readers might not know about. If you're a registered Thoughts reader, once you've logged in on the main page click on the Preferences icon in the upper right. These are the settings for your account - you can upload an avatar graphic, add any personal information you wish, and set your local time zone. After you set your local time zone, go back to the front page - you'll see that all front-page posts are stamped with your local time. This will make it easier for you to track - although you'll have to excuse us when we talk in "time-centric" terms.

How about checking the HTTP header of the visitor. I know there is a part about the time-zone they are in somewhere.
