New Toshiba Offering
http://msn-cnet.com.com/2100-1040-962077.html?tag=lh
CNet today is reporting that Toshiba has announced the launch of yet another Pocket PC, the e335. Details of the e335 are still kind of skimpy, but the article cites these specs:
 300MHz PXA250 XScale processor 64MB RAM Priced at $399 before a $50 rebate
These are essentially identical to those mentioned for Toshiba's new e330, but the e335 will apparently include a different software bundle than the enterprise-focused e330.

LOL, that's about $150 too much, isn't it? (no rebate on the v35...)

Same specs except the V35 has that gorgeous Transreflective screen. Seems like a no-brainer to me (unless of course the Viewsonic turns out to be a quality assurance nightmare aka. Casio E-200).

One thing aggrevating about Toshiba. Where is the accessory? This model could be a winner if it can accep E740 big battery.
But than again maybe they gonna sell E740 for $399 soon.

Re: New Toshiba Offering
Viewsonic and Dell are my best friends. Nice try, Toshiba.

Knowing that a 400 MHz Xscale performs almost the same as a StrongArm at 206 MHz I'm very curious how a 300 MHz Xscale performs...unless....Microsoft did some tweaking afterall

toshiba
I'm waiting for a model with a cover like the Jornada. I don't understand why nobody else is considering that.
