Time Zone Strangeness Part 2
For those of you who are completely confused about what's going on in the forums, let me explain: when we launched the site on Monday, it was about nine hours ahead of where it should have been - my first post appeared as if it was "Tuesday". This morning, we got the server back to within 2 hours of normal time (it's still a little off). The net result is that since phpBB (our forum software) sorts posts by time, you're seeing your posts go before the ones in the thread that had the faulty time stamped on them. Clear as mud, right? By this evening "real time" will have caught up to "Thoughts time", and both dimensions will be in sync...which should mean things are back to normal. I hope. 8O
