$100? It was CDN$899 as far as I knew, which was what I paid for it last December. So, it seems to have dropped $210 since then!
Bryan, keep telling yourself, "You *knew* this would happen, don't get upset..."

3835 Prices
Best Buy has 3835s now for $449 US and thats not sale price , thats there normal price. So I guess the 3800 series is about to be discontinued, or maybe kept as low priced PPC ??????

Anyone think this is a good deal or (i) are there just too many problems with the 38xx series to make it worthwhile; or (ii) are we too close to a whole new series of ipaq machines coming out to buy anything new at this time?

3835
It's a great deal.. I sent mine back for backlight fix, it's worked perfectly ever since. ROM 1.20 cured a couple of other problems so basically I'd have to say I am TOTALLY satisifed with my 3835 and............
When I got home today got some mail from HP... I can get a 3835 for $449 from HP Shopping AND get a $100 rebate, net cost $349.95 for a new 3835, not THATS a great deal
