Rah rah girl on Online-Tonight

Beth Goza, also known as Rah Rah Girl (at least according to David Lawrence  ) is at Gnomedex this weekend and she talked a little bit about that and some on the Pocket PC Phone Edition that is now shipping.
Head over there to the August 20 entry and download the four WMA files to your Pocket PC. Contrary to anything said during that hour, absolutely no one mentioned during that show is related to Madonna.

I wonder why the real link to Online Tonight didn't show up on the main page. I know links can appear on the main page, and a real link is in the forum page right there (but not in my quoted version).
Perhaps the forum PHP scripts convert URLs to links automatically?
Anyway for those too lazy to actually find the August 20th show, here's a direct link to that show: Online Tonight August 20. Sadly, there isn't an anchor on the page for the Goza segment, so you'll still have to scroll. :lol:

I suppose it depends how you define "Fixed". The main page story title is now a link that takes you to the Online Tonight Web site, so that is fixed. It doesn't take you to the August 20th episode, but some people don't believe in deep-linking.

I think my leg is being pulled (all the way from back East, too). The front page says to go to the August 20th show, but the link doesn't take you there directly. The "Rah rah girl on Online-Tonight" title just takes you to the Online Tonight home page. The link I posted in the forum goes directly there (not that it's that hard to find anyway).
When deep-linking is outlawed, only outlaws will deep-link.... :-)

Not sure what the problem is with your browser. Scroll half way down the screen on the front page at www.online-tonight.com and you will see the August 20 show. It really isn't that difficult.
Are you using Opera, Netscape or something?

Actually, I'm using Mozilla now. However, I finally figured out what the problem is -- we're having a failure to communicate (ala Cool Hand Luke).
You thought I was talking about the main page of Online Tonight, but I was referring to the Pocket PC THoughts main page. The link on the Pocket PC Thoughts home page only goes to the Online Tonight home page, not directly to the August 20th show. That's why I was mentioned deep-linking so much.
I can certainly see the calendar on the Online Tonight home page, and it takes me to the appropriate show. In fact, that's how I was able to post the direct link to the August 20th show in my first reply.
