The O2 xda, a Pocket PC 2002 Phone Edition, is being released in Hong Kong this summer by Synergy Technologies. According to the press release, this is the first Pocket PC 2002 Phone Edition device released in Asia.

"Being the sole-distributor of the device in Hong Kong, we are proud to be a partner of O2 and see the introduction of O2 xda the latest all-in-one solution for integrating personal data management and online communication for business professionals and yet a new excitement for all PDA users", said Ken Fong, CEO of Synergy and CTO of Fortune Telecom. I beg to differ about HK is the first in Asia to have the O2 xda. StarHub in Singapore is also offering this device with subscription plan today.
