Expense Tracking For Pocket PC And Desktop
http://www.softpocketsolutions.com/ezexpense.cfm
Soft Pocket Solutions is getting ready to launch their new expense tracking and reporting application, EZ-Expense. Like most worthwhile programs of this type, EZ-Expense allows you to collect your spending data and then synchronize it with your desktop PC.
Their site mentions these features: Allows entry of personal and company information User may customize payment sources Allows user to customize currency and automatic conversions User can separate payments by reimbursable, non-reimbursable, or deductible expenses User may assign expenses by location, purpose, company code, or cost center
I think I've tried just about every other expense application out there, and have yet to find one that suits all of my needs. Judging by the many screenshots shown for EZ-Expense, this seems to have the kind of flexibility I need.
How about the rest of you, though? If you use your Pocket PC to track business expenses (including travel costs), what applications or techniques can you recommend to me?

Great program
I was a beta tester for this program and I found it very easy to use. This is a real winner, especially with the ability to import into your own excel templates once your trip or week is complete.

I used to use my handheld PC to track expenses in two ways. First, for personal expenses, I'd use Pocket Word to record everything, but then I'd have to transfer them back to Quicken when I got home.
Second, for business trips, if my company used an Excel spreadsheet for expense tracking, I'd put that spreadsheet on my handheld PC.
Once I got my laptop, though, I'd just use Quicken to keep track of expenses for anything overnight or longer.
My ultimate goal (if it works) is to use Pocket Money on my iPAQ 3870 and synchronize with Microsoft Money on my laptop. I don't have the memory right now, but I ordered that SanDisk 128 MB SD card mentioned here, and, when that arrives, I'll try that.
