Default We are such the stereotypical geek. ;-)

As of this writing, the iPAQ 2.20 ROM upgrade has the most posts on the front page, followed very very closely by the Star Trek Nemesis trailer. Nothing else even comes close. Who'da thunk it?

time for a pocketpcthoughts.com "stereotypical geek" contest!

first person to post the answers to these trival questions gets a free, that's right FREE copy of flash enabled ($50 usd value).

here's the geek trivia question, it's 2 part, both must be correct and complete to win.

1. what is the full name of the doctor on star trek next generation that replaced dr.crusher?

2. how many light settings does a compaq ipaq 3835 have, and what are their names?

go team go!@!@!@!

Dr. Pollaski is the name of the Dr. that replaced Crusher for awhile and even performed open heart surgery on Picard (apparently one of the only few doctors in the quadrant qualified to do so). If you go back and watch the old re-runs of the Original Trek Series, you will eventually see the actress who played Pollaski (much younger and quite attractive I might add) in a starring role (can't recall the name or plot per say of the episode but I do remember who was in it).

As for the light settings on the iPAQ, I only own a 3650 and the settings there were Off, Low Bright, Medium, and High Bright...don't know if that applies to the 3835.

Hmm looks like the 3800 series has 32 different incremental settings from Off to Super Bright.
