Loox release dates confirmed

Jerome, master of many web sites, has updated his LOOX.org site with some very important information: when the LOOX will be shipping. Looks like we may see the LOOX hit my area in late July. Excellent! I wonder if this puppy will perform like we all want it to?
"I've just hang up the phone with the French Product Manager @ FSC and here are the latest dates for the Pocket LOOX 600 :
� USA/Canada/UK (English OS) : Week 29 (15th-20th July)
� Germany (German OS) : Week 30 (22nd-27th July)
� Spain (Spanish OS) : Week 31 (29th July-3rd August)
� France (French OS) : Week 32 (5th-10th August)
� Italy (Italian OS) : Week 33 (12th-17th August)"

These units are very hard to get ! I might be able to hold one french model for a few hours next week. Of course I'll focus on performances, high-res pictures, screenshots

I want to see benchmarks on this thing prior to me shelling out over half a grand on a new PDA. 
I want to be excited by this device but X-Scale performance has seriously cooled my overall enthusiasm for the Loox.

Not to be picky but those dates are not exactly confirmed. They are one set of provisional dates at Fujitsu-Siemens. UK Fujitsu-Siemens has the latest provisional dates at around one week later. The key thing is the Loox is still due late July - which is good!
