Decuma Latin Handwriting Recognition Application

Thomas Scheen, has created a little mini website with a number of mpeg video clips from Cebit, among which include a spot on the Decuma Latin Recognition program.
This program uses a SIP to give what looks to be advanced Latin (Roman) character recognition. I tend to approach onscreen input options tentatively. It�s a great idea, and some of the things transcriber can do if it decides it likes your handwriting are really rather amazing, but as a general rule such input methods aren't fast enough or accurate enough to keep me happy. Who knows about this one? We'll just have to wait and see.

It didn't look as if you could download it, so by best bet is that this is one of thoes things that we won't see around for some time...
I'd love to be proven wrong though...

Decuma Latin
I've used it before on the Casio BE300, it's one of the input methods casio bundles with the device. I dropped Decuma a line awhile back asking if they planned on marketing it as a standalone product. While they didn't say no, it doesn't seem like they had any plans to do so at the time. I hope they reconsider, it really is a nice input method.
