I thought this web page was a strangely fascinating read - who knew iPAQ screens could be mangled in so many ways? If you need one repaired, these guys are the ones to call.

That page is a nightmare....I hope I never have to use their service, though I am glad to know it is there. I especially like the "If after replacing the TouchScreen we are not satisfied with the result, we will email you a photo of the screen for your approval." Seems like a good deal. I would rather have them tell me I need more replaced before I get it back.
