Jason did very well on Online Tonight, don't you think!? One of the questions Jason got was what Pocket PC apps he's got installed. Apparently, Jason and I have at least one thing in common... CodeWallet Pro from DeveloperOne!
I would actually like to add one more product from DeveloperOne that I ALWAYS have installed: Pocket ScreenSnap. It's just a snap to snap Pocket PC screen images using Pocket ScreenSnap! As I must have one of the best jobs in the world: developing Pocket PC applications all day long -- I often need to capture screen images to illustrate progress, design ideas, or just to write user documentation. I can highly recommend Pocket ScreenSnap!
Some other applications I currently have installed:
Laridian PocketBible
Socket GSM
SQL Server CE 1.1
PocketFun PocketPop (Try beating my best times! Easy: 7 sec Medium: 54 sec! ... though, haven't got a very good score on the Hard, yet!)
On my list of apps and types of apps that I wish I could spend more time with include: GPS products, Macromedia Flash apps, Pocket Phojo from Idruna, SimCity, etc etc! There's just so much out there!

Sorry to bring this up here, but since you said you use SQL Server CE, can you tell me how you were able to get it installed? I have the PPC embedded tools installed, as well as the PPC2002 SDK. The SQL installer fails when I run it, and tells me it "cannot continue because no SDKs have been installed. Please install an SDK and re-run this setup". I have totally uninstalled and reinstalled both the embedded tools and the SDK. I don't know what else to do. Did you run into this problem, or am I just that dumb?
