Compal, a professional ODM/OEM manufacturer for GSM/GPRS mobile phones in Taiwan, will be one of the producers of a Smartphone 2002. According to the press release the device will be based on the Microsoft / Texas Instruments reference design, and will have the following specs:
� Length: 123mm
� Width: 52.3 (max. at top), 46.3mm (min. at lower end)
� Thickness: 20 (max. at LCD area), 16mm (min. at lower end)
� Weight: 118.5g
� Volume: 98cc
