TDK BluePaq for iPaq
http://www.alltalking.com/devices/tdk00005.htm
This was found by Merlin who posted it in the forums. This card looks good in theory, but it's quite expensive and with a limited production run of 50, I'm not sure what to think of it.

"Simply connect bluePaq to your iPaq, and you can communicate via Bluetooth to other Bluetooth-enabled devices like mobile phones, PC Cards and USB adaptors. Connect your iPaq to a mobile phone with BluePaq and you are connected -via GSM for high speed GPRS or HSCSD connections - to the Internet."
