I'm a big fan of Skooba Design (formerly RoadWired) products: they're always well-designed, very durable, and reasonably priced. Getting any of their products at 50% off (or more!) is even better. They don't have Zune cases, but they do sell all sorts of cool gadget bags, so this really isn't that off topic... ;-)
